Hahaha yes, it is The Clique: Revenge of the Wannabes. Confession: when I was doing my blackouts, I ended up rereading the book for three hours last night. Not quite as good as I remembered.

Haha it was terrible. I re-read the hush hush series over spring break. I guess I didn't care about anything other than the romance back then, because I never noticed how illogical and whiner the protagonist was and how "I wrote myself into a corner" the plot was. The clique was always just ridiculous. WAIT do you remember friend me and besties? An summer in the city and kissed by an angel? Back when we had somewhat of an unofficial book club?
DeleteYES. I still have one of Jessica's books in her closet. The one about meeting the lady on the plane who prophesied about the three boys she would meet over the summer. I remember we were all obsessed with "Kissed by an Angel," but if I read it now, I probably wouldn't like it. I just was desperate to read any books with romance in it because it was so far removed from my life and I had to live through the life of the characters.
